Note: The office bearers of the institution are fully empowered to close the financial assistance scheme and to amend, supplement, and change the rules.

• It is mandatory to follow rules such as not eating at night, not smoking, and not consuming prohibited substances like gutkha, tobacco, etc.
• Except for unavoidable reasons, it is mandatory to perform daily Devdarshan and Swadhyay (self-study) and to contribute to the activities of Tattvaprachar (preaching of principles) according to one's ability.
• It is mandatory to submit a progress report related to the prescribed course at an interval of six months.
• If the information provided by the applicant is found to be incorrect, the scholarship will be canceled and appropriate action will be taken.
• In case of misuse of the amount given by the institution, use for purposes other than the prescribed course, or violation of the prescribed time limit for returning the amount, special action will be taken and the amount will have to be returned with interest.
• The Jaipur region will be the authorized jurisdiction for all legal disputes.
• It is mandatory to fully comply with the rules and other orders. In case of violation of the rules prescribed by the institution, the financial assistance will be canceled and the amount given will have to be returned with interest.
